Refund / Cancellation

Every event has its own refund policy, set by the organizer: no refunds, up to a deadline, approval required, or automatic on cancellation.

TikèFasil shows the actual policy in effect on the event page — we don't invent any general refund guarantee.

An approved refund doesn't delete the original sale line from the ledger — it adds a separate entry, so the history stays complete for audit.
