1. What data we collect
The name, email, and/or phone number you provide during a purchase. For guests (no account), this stays directly attached to the order, not to a global profile.
2. How we use data
To deliver tickets, verify entry at the event, and communicate essential event information (changes, cancellations).
3. Data sharing
Payment providers (MonCash, NatCash, etc.) receive only the information necessary to confirm payment. TikèFasil does not sell personal data.
4. Your rights
You can request a copy of data associated with an order, or its deletion where the law permits, through TikèFasil Support.
