Refund Policy

1. Every event has its own policy
The organizer picks one of these modes per event: No Refunds, Until a Deadline, Approval Required, or Automatic on Cancellation. TikèFasil shows the mode in effect on the event page — we don't offer a general guarantee.
2. TikèFasil's role
TikèFasil executes the refund decision and keeps a full record (every refund adds an entry to the ledger, it doesn't erase the original sale).
3. How to request a refund
Contact TikèFasil Support or the organizer depending on the event's policy. A refund request goes through review before approval.
